“Getting married at The Barn PNW was the BEST decision my husband and I made during wedding planning process. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and SO much more thanks to Kellye and her family. Together they have curated an incredible space that left us speechless when the big day came. My husband and I talk often about how we would not change one thing about our day.

The incredible ceremony space overlooking Mount Hood provided the beauty of nature that we wanted while the beautiful red barn provided the indoor/outdoor reception space we were looking for. We chose to hire Kellye as our day-of-coordinator and she became so much more than that. She was someone I could lean on for advice during the planning process and was a crucial part of why our day ran so seamlessly. She became not only my day-of-coordinator but my friend.

Overall, our day was everything we dreamed of thanks to Kellye and her family at The Barn PNW. We cannot recommend them enough to others wanting the wedding of their dreams.”

“We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at The Barn PNW! With both of us having grown up in the PNW, it truly felt like a piece of home. The ceremony site at the end of the orchard is breathtaking, but we loved how the venue also had a covered outdoor option in case of rain (you never know with Oregon weather). The barn itself is beautiful as well and was set up for everything to run smoothly throughout the night. How could it not with Kellye there to ensure all goes well - she is top notch! The location for the bridal party to get ready was also a big benefit - it was spacious with great natural light. This venue was the perfect fit and truly a dream! We still hear many comments from family and friends about how beautiful of a location it was. We have nothing but great things to say about The Barn PNW!”

“My daughter’s wedding was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Caitlyn & Dylan Duckworth, married 8.13.22. It was everything they pictured and more! First I have to say that working with Kellye Hildebrandt, as our Day of Coordinator, (a must in my book) took so much pressure off my shoulders. (The vendor list she provided was my Holy Grail) Kellye was always calm and full of joy even through moments when we did not have it all together. The Barn PNW has mastered the entire day. From the girls getting ready in the Silo, to the facilitation of all vendors in and out of the facility (while bride and mother were not available), to the Stunning Ceremony, (with a fun ride on the Gator for all) to the finale, THE RECEPTION, where the kids had the time of their life celebrating under the twinkling lights! We used a large amount of items from their inventory closet, and only bought our own lanterns. They just had it all. One stop shopping! Oh wait, it was FREE! Hee hee! We were absolutely impressed with Kathryn Rigoni with Heirbloom Design, who did our flowers (on The Barn PNW Vendor list), and our photographer (also on the list), Lace Bauman Photography who not only did their engagement photos and left our jaws agape, but as you can see here, caught the many moments as if each were gold. For a mom, they were. We chose Lonestar BBQ, for a good old fashion meat spread with pulled pork, brisket, and BBQ chicken, and everyone loved it. Norma was a shining star as well and willing to lend a hand in many areas. From the day we toured the facility we were family. I cannot express enough, how special the Barn PNW is to us, their family, and all the vendors that have become family. It was a joy, not a nightmare. Thank you,”

“The Barn was beyond fantastic for our wedding! I had my eye on this venue even before getting engaged and it did not disappoint! Kellye is so fantastic to work with and was so gracious to us as our wedding took place after COVID and thus needed to have quite a bit of adjustments made. She made it all happen with ease, and we were so grateful! We loved being able to gather all of our favorite people in such a beautiful place. Plus, the silo was such a practical and beautiful space to be able to get ready on-site!”

“We had our wedding in Oct 2021, we lucked out with the best weather ever! The day was perfect, everyone who went says it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been too! I wish I could relive it over and over!! Every square inch of the property is perfect for photos! The property is amazing, the venue has so many great accommodations, Kellye and her mom are amazing, caring and helpful.I did have to deal with covid restrictions due to state mandates which was a big stressor on the whole thing but in the end it all turned out as planned and hopefully no brides in the future ever have to worry about covid state mandates!

“Where to begin? The Barn PNW was everything my husband and I could’ve dreamed of. From our initial conversation with Kellye and our first tour of the venue, we knew this was the perfect place for us to get married. Throughout the course of 2.5 years, we developed a friendship with Kellye and looked forward to planning all the details, and she always made herself so available whenever we had a question. When our wedding day was finally here, Kellye was seriously the best investment as far as hiring her as our coordinator. She was the point person for all our vendors and helped create our timeline so everything flowed perfectly. We would pay time and time again to have the experience that we did. You will not regret having your wedding at The Barn or hiring Kellye to be your wedding coordinator. Thank you for everything!”

“There needs to be more stars, The Barn PNW and Kellye deserve 1000 gold stars. My husband and I had our eye on this venue even before we were officially engaged because we loved the look of the property so much. Once engaged we contacted Kellye, she responded so quickly and after spending all of 5 minutes there we were sold. Not only is the property absolutely gorgeous but there was something about it being a family owned and operated farm that made it that much more special. The family centered atmosphere really makes you feel special and cared about, not just another booking for them. Kellye was absolutely incredible, she guided us through every step and offered suggestions to help us have the most amazing day. With COVID she was in constant contact with us, letting us know new guidelines, and just reassuring us that no matter what it was going to be an amazing day. On the day of I was nervous because everyone says “something always goes wrong” or “you always regret something” but our day was absolutely perfect and that was in large part to Kellye and the barn! The day was so smooth and we enjoyed every second. We can’t wait to keep reliving the day through photos and videos. You would not be making a mistake by having your wedding here, it was absolutely amazing. 10000/10 recommend!”

“Choosing The Barn PNW and working with Kellye was the best decision that we made throughout our wedding process. First off the venue is gorgeous! The ceremony site sits tucked back on the edge of a cherry orchard and overlooks Mt. Hood. Our wedding day was cloudless and we have gotten so many compliments on how great and relaxing the setting of the ceremony was. The Barn itself was perfect, especially dealing with COVID and needing a space that can fit our family and friends, while keeping safety, social distancing, and following all the state and county guidelines. Kellye went above and beyond, and can’t speak more highly enough of how she handled a 2020 wedding by staying on top of all the changes that were going on and working with us to make our day truly special. Kellye listened to what we envisioned and made it happen! The recent upgrades to the space truly made this our dream wedding and Kellye was fun to work with, easy to talk to, and takes a lot of pride and excitement into the work that she does. “My husband and I got married in August of 2019 at The Barn PNW. We chose this venue for many reasons, but the one that stood out the most for us was the owner Kellye! She can be your day of coordinator if you choose, we did, and she helps you step by step with how your day will go. She held our hands through many questions that came up, recommendations for vendors, and made it well known that she was there to support us! The location is absolutely stunning, it over looks Mt.Hood on a clear day, which is where my husband and I met! The cherry orchards are gorgeous and great for photos, and the barn where our dinner/dancing was held was so elegant and comfortable with the doors wide open. Being married there is a memory that I will cherish forever, and getting to know Kellye and her family was so much fun! I highly recommend this location if you are getting married.”

“We had our wedding at The Barn PNW September 2019. It was truly the perfect day at the perfect place. That was all thanks to the team at The Barn. Kellye & her family work so hard and it really shows, they are organized and on top of everything. Any question I had was promptly answered and all of my dreams for our special day were met. Our guests LOVED the venue, it is so picturesque everywhere you look, which means so many different backdrops for your photos, it was amazing the variety of photos we now have from our wedding. It’s almost hard to believe we were in one place the entire evening. Overall having our wedding at The Barn was one of the best decision we could’ve made!!”

It provided the perfect backdrop for photos and the ceremony site has gorgeous views. We barely needed any extra decor because The Barn is already beautiful. They also have an incredibly cute bridal suite to get ready in for the morning of. We also hired Kellye as our day of coordinator and couldn’t be more happy. She is absolutely amazing and handled every detail for us, from creating our timeline to sewing buttons back onto suits! “As a photographer, I have worked at MANY different venues. The Barn is by far my favorite. Not only is the property absolutely stunning & well maintained, but Kellye is the real MVP. She keeps the day organized, vendors in line, and make sure everyone’s needs are met. When I say everyone, I mean everyone! From the bride and groom, to the vendors & guests. The Barn offers so many different photo locations, all with excellent lighting. The silo where the bride gets ready is a room to marvel at. The ambiance Kellye creates in that space is bright & airy, yet so relaxing, it makes getting ready there a dream come true. Even when the wedding day has hiccups, you can count on the team at The Barn to handle it professionally and with the utmost respect to everyone involved. “I could not imagine having our wedding elsewhere! I immediately fell in love with The Barn on our first visit. It is absolutely beautiful and the Hildebrandt family is amazing! We got married in July 2019 and Kellye was beyond helpful and I’m so thankful for her guidance! She provided us with a list of recommended vendors for just about every category and each of them were great as well. The Barn is so simply beautiful we didn’t even have to do a lot of decorating which made setting up so much easier and less stressful. There are also multiple options for ceremony site (outdoor/indoor/covered) which is great if weather may be questionable. We could not recommend The Barn enough 😊”

“We had our wedding here summer of 2019 and nothing but an amazing experience from start to finish!! From the initial walk thru we COMPLETELY fell in love with the venue’s character and beauty. There are so many additions and beauty in the reception area that there isn’t much you need to add (which is great as a busy bride!!). Kellye was so helpful answering all the questions and giving so much insight into other great vendors and ideas to make our dream day come true. She also made our actual wedding day run sooo smooth that there wasn’t one hiccup. I can’t say enough about this venue and how much we will always cherish this day!”

“We first met Kellye when we booked her venue in Dayton - The Barn. As if the venue wasn’t perfect enough (and it was), Kellye was a bonus! She was so welcoming and knowledgable, reassuring and professional, responsive and kind. We hired her to be our coordinator and our wedding day was seamless. All of our guests commented on how smoothly it unfolded and Kellye was such a major part of that. She was even there to calm my nerves right before I walked down the aisle. That meant so much because she had been there since Day 1. We didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day - we were able to just enjoy the celebration, visit with our guests and try to live in the moment as much as possible. All of our vendors were delighted to work with her and gave her nothing but praise. She even took our photographer to scout picture locations. If you have a vision, she makes it happen. I would hire her again 100 times over. I will sincerely miss working with her. ”

“We had the opportunity to use The Barn and its scenery for some dreamlike family photos this past fall. The venue provided several exquisite backdrops, a stunning sunset adn beyond beautiful imagery for us to choose from. The photographer was in heaven. The Barn was the perfect blend of that Oregon country goodness and the modern vibe I craved for my family photos. The family has done an amazing job with the venue. It was too bad I was already married or this would have been my spot, hands down.

Kellye was incredible to work with. She met us on site, drove us around to see the move gorgeous spots of the property and even held and entertained our little one during all of the photos. She was an outstanding communicator and is truly one of the most accommodating, sweet and understanding women I have ever met. We have Kellye and her family to thank, from the bottom of our hearts, for the photos we will cherish for the rest of our lives.”
